Reserving Your Date
All special events are reserved by making a non-refundable $150.00 security deposit. Your security deposit will be applied towards your contractual balance due. For example; if your total due is $500.00 then your remaining balance due would be $350.00. Your contract will mailed generally within two weeks of your deposit or we will have a contractual signing in this time frame.
All written quotes & contracts will be released once your date has been reserved. All consultations will be free of charge, however please keep in mind you will not receive any written quotes from these meetings. You will receive verbally approximate estimates on the items of interest. Please remember that these verbally estimates are just a guideline.
All special event reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
Scheduling Your Consultation
To schedule your complimentary meeting, you can contact us via phone, e-mail, or thru the book us section of our web site. Please have more than one date option available when scheduling. Keep in mind Friday & Saturday meeting requests are difficult due to Special Events being booked.
All consultations are by appointment only. This includes follow up consultations and final payment consultations. We are available, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am - 2:30pm. These are our preferred meeting times, please call for special evening and week-end scheduling.
Payments
All final payments are due no later than thirty days prior to your sceduled event. Fifty percent of your total balance will be due sixty days prior to your event.
All rental deposits are due no later than two weeks prior to event.
We accept Cash, Visa, Discover, Master Card, American Express, Cashiers Check, and Checks drawn on only local Ohio banks. If payment is made via a credit card, please allow an additional 2.7% banking charge. This is the fee we pay the bank to process your credit card.
All final payments must be remitted with all necessary signed contracts.
We allow clients to make payments on their event. When mailing in a payment to be applied, please list on a sheet of paper with the payment; your name, phone number, wedding date, and amount of payment being made.
Miscellaneous
When requesting a change in your contract (flowers, colors, number of items, ect...), all changes must be requested in writing. We will make the necessary changes upon your request, and revise your contract at that time. We will then advice you the effects of the changes made per your request.
Date changes must be made in writing. Please remember, once you make a date change, your contractual balance due will most likely change. Please contact us prior to your request to have an idea on how this change will affect your contract financially.
Regarding our referral program: Please take note that the companies we choose are done so because we believe they practice exemplary business practices. We also believe that they will produce to you quality products and/or services. If for some reason you find otherwise, please contact us directly and let us know. Should you choose to use one of our referrals, it is at your own discretion.
